The Manager, on behalf of the Company, seeks to provide income and capital appreciation by acquiring, managing, and developing a portfolio of real estate properties in the United States territory.
SARDONA US HOUSING Income Fund will acquire income-producing Multi-Family Properties to generate an attractive and stable Cash Flow, which will be paid out quarterly in form of a coupon on a quarterly basis. The remaining cash will then be invested to upgrade and improve the properties which increases the rent and the equity value of the properties significantly.
SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
SARDONA US HOUSING Income Fund focuses on acquiring packages of Single-Family Homes that are fully rented, insured, and mostly renovated. The fund focuses strategically located in neighborhoods where there is a current shortage of supply in this type of home. All the houses are managed by a well-experienced property manager with a long track record. This ensures an attractive and steady income through the holding period between 3 to 5 years.
Sardona Capital S.A. and US Housing Portfolio Manager LLC, have created a strategic alliance to jointly co-manage the SARDONA US HOUSING Income Fund. Both firms have highly educated professionals with vast experience in financial services, specifically in asset acquisition and risk management
The managers will also engage the services of Century 21 Capital Brokers(C21) for Property Management.
